How do I receive the personalized training program?
I use the QuickCoach Training Website to send you your workouts. On this site, you are able to see the sets, reps, rest time, and intensity for each exercise as well as a video demonstration and description.
Can I do a personalized program at home?
Yes, this plan will be designed based on what equipment you have access to.
I've had some injuries, can I still do strength training?
Yes, as long as you are cleared to exercise by your doctor. Your program will be completely personalized to you! We can work with your injuries by highlighting areas of limitations and muscle imbalances, starting with a lighter intensity, slowly building up to pain free motion, then increasing your strength.
I’m new to the gym - Is this okay for beginners?
Your program will be completely personalized to you and your goals! We will start with lighter weights, do form checks, get the basics down, and gradually work up!
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
If you need to cancel, please try to let me know at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
