Personalized Training Program

Your program will be designed based on what equipment you have access to, your specific training goals, your time available, and any prior injuries or limitations. Your Program will include: 1. Weekly video chats discussing updates on workouts (~15 to 30 min) 2. Video demonstrations for each exercise 3. Written form cues and helpful notes 4. Access to QuickCoach where you will receive your program and track progress 5. Optional form checks 6. Nutrition and recovery guidance 7. Constant support!!! ​ $175 for 1 month $420 for 3 months (20% off) $735 for 6 months (30% off)

1:1 Training on Zoom

This session will be based on what equipment you have access to, your specific training goals, and any prior injuries or limitations. *Home workouts work best.​ ​ Zoom Training includes: 1. Exercises designed for you 2. Accountability  3. Motivation 4. Instant form feedback and adjustments 5. Exercise modifications or progressions 6. Progress tracking on QuickCoach 7. Nutrition and recovery guidance ​ 45 min: $50/session 1hr: $65/session

This session will be based on your specific training goals and any prior injuries or limitations.  In Person Training includes: 1. Exercises designed for you 2. Accountability  3. Motivation 4. Instant form feedback and adjustments 5. Exercise modifications or progressions 6. Progress tracking on QuickCoach 7. Nutrition and recovery guidance ​ ​ ​ 45 min: $60/session 1hr: $75/session

This session will be based on your specific training goals and any prior injuries or limitations. *2:1 works best with individuals of similar training goals. ​ In Person Training includes: 1. Exercises designed for you + your partner 2. Accountability  3. Motivation 4. Instant form feedback and adjustments 5. Exercise modifications or progressions 6. Progress tracking on QuickCoach 7. Nutrition and recovery guidance ​ 45 min: $45 each/session 1hr: $60 each/session
